Company: Digilogistix & Freights LLC

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

In accordance with state and federal laws, it is the policy of our company that we will no longer contact any person who has indicated a desire to receive no further communications from us. This includes those who have registered with state or federal “Do Not Call” (DNC) lists, as well as those who have previously told us directly that they no longer want to be contacted by us.

We maintain an internal DNC database, which is populated with the numbers of consumers who have specifically requested not to receive any further contact. We comply with all requests to refrain from further contact, and we scrub our internal database against these numbers daily. Consumers who wish to be placed on our internal DNC may do so: (i) over the phone by informing one of our telephone representatives. Internal DNC requests are processed within 24 hours.

Consumers may request a written copy of our Do Not Call policy by submitting the request: (i) to a phone representative; (ii) by emailing us mailto:info@realbusinesssolutions.ai. Upon receipt of a Do Not Call policy request we will promptly send the policy to the consumer via email or by certified US mail, provided the complete mailing information is provided.

Consumer-facing employees are trained on our Do Not Call policies at the time of their initial training and are retrained every 6 months. In the unlikely event a consumer is contacted by our company after they have requested to be placed on the Do Not Call list, an internal investigation will be performed upon receipt of the report.
